Meet Darrion Reid :)
Darrion will be graduating from Morgan County High School in May 2024. He is a part of the school's men's volleyball & rugby teams. His favorite color is pink! When Darrion is not participating in extracurricular activities, he loves to be on the farm. This is why we chose an open field for his session. Darrion has a musical talent! He is a piano player! An interesting fact about him is that he was nominated for homecoming king this year.
What is your favorite bible verse or quote? Why?
Darrion's favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, which says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". It is his favorite verse because it reminds and encourages him to do whatever God calls us to do instead of what we want to do on our own. Even though he may not be the best at something, Darrion gives his all in anything and everything he does. He is uses his God-given talents & abilities for His glory & nobody else's.
What was unique about his session?
Darrion's session was unique in a couple of ways. First, he brought along family. He chose to bring 2 of his closest cousins with him. Family members are always welcome to your session. Second, when we arrived to the location, we noticed that a red plane was in it. This was a good surprise because not only were we able to use it for a few photos, it was a REALLY good prop to use because, drumroll please is...... (read right!)
What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, Darrion's plans are to enroll in the US Army! I am looking so forward to seeing my HKP senior become soldier, serving this great country. It takes a special person for the big sacrifice, & I know Darrion is the perfect man for it. Thank you for your future service and sacrifice to the USA, Darrion!
